I have checked in to this hotel on 7/11 to attend a funeral nearby...around 2am I wanted to send my wife and son to the room but the main door was closed ..I tried to press the bell and for nearly 10minutes but no one was there ...I knock the glass door nearly for 5 minutes than came one malay girl with sarcastic voice telling us it's late...and she was resting and said this hotel got rules that no one can go out and in the hotel after 1 am..I told her that I am staying in a hotel and not hostel where you have this kind of rules. She was sleeping in the room with a male...by 7.30 am I checked out and male a complaint to the staff but all are same...no efficiency...should not stay in this hotel again...
